You are helping me write a brand voice guide that AI tools will follow. Use the template I'm attaching.

I'm giving you three things:
A. 10 pieces of my writing I'm proud of: [paste or attach]
B. 5 AI or freelancer drafts, each next to the version I actually published: [paste pairs]
C. Who I write for: [role, company stage, what they already tried]

Do this in order, and ask me before moving to the next step:
1. From A, find 4 or 5 traits. For each, quote one real sentence of mine that shows it, and write the
   generic version an AI would produce instead.
2. From B, list every change I made. Turn each one into a rule: the rule, why it exists, and the before
   and after. Don't invent rules I didn't show you.
3. List the words and phrases I removed or never use. Put them in one banned list.
4. Draft the full guide using the template. Mark anything you guessed with [CHECK] so I can confirm it.
Rules for you: quote me exactly, don't add hype, and don't use "it's not X, it's Y" framing.

2. WRITE IN MY VOICE
